Oceanaire
This project had to be completely gutted on the interior. Carefully working with the client we consulted and added new flooring, custom cabinets and countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. New hardwood flooring, custom millwork all throughout the house with crown molding, wide baseboards and extra wide casing around the windows & doors. Ocean view deck built with composite material and tiki bar with a custom roof.
