Tropical Drive
This project was a complete remodel of the entire property inside and out. We crafted a complete redesign maximizing the the best spacial planning for this beach side bungalow. We added more space and dimension by cutting out the roof and creating vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living room. We added more dimension and space in the back room into back yard while removing the flat roof in back as well. The state-of-the-art home receive all new electrical and plumbing. The new and more open concept with very modern feature and amenities worked finished off the new transformation. We complete reconfigured the backyard to accommodate a Florida lifestyle. The backyard sports a complete screen enclosure, tiled deck complete with a pool and hot tub.
